This is the story of Breezy Hill Farm.
Rooted in a Wild Idea
With no farming background (I actually grew up in a family-owned supper club!), Breezy Hill Farm started as a wild hair idea. We already had a hobby farm with horses — so why not add seasonal cut flowers to the mix?
Today, I grow flowers the old-fashioned way: hands in the dirt, early mornings, late evenings, and lots of hard work. From spring tulips to our signature dahlias, I believe farm fresh flowers aren’t just flowers — they’re whatever you need them to be. Whether it's a bouquet for a birthday, blooms for your event, or simply a pick-me-up, flowers are whatever the moment calls for.
Breezy Hill Farm is very much a two-person show. My husband, Petey, is the quiet hero — building what I dream up, running the tractor, and keeping this Dexter, Minnesota flower farm running strong.
When I'm not growing locally grown flowers? You'll find me at a horse show, living another passion that keeps me grounded.

Do you have a roadside stand?

How much do bouquets cost at the roadside stand?
Our roadside bouquets are $25 and have typically 15-20 stems, created with whatever flowers are currently blooming - so every bouquet is a seasonal surprise! We also will often have straight bunches and even some garden veggies available - prices will be marked.
